We believe learning interventions are effective when transfer of learning to the work context is specifically facilitated. This is the basis of our diagnosis, design and delivery of learning interventions.

We have depth of experience with design and delivery of Assessment Centres - across domains, across levels. We have a proprietary approach to designing them, which we believe goes a long way in ensuring their consistent high ratings by clients (and participants). Our leader assessments have even been used as part of M&A due diligence. 

Our preference is to train internal observers / assessors and use them in our Centres - we believe this goes a long way in creating buy-in of the reports among stakeholders, apart from it being a great learning experience for the internal observers. 

Coaching is a powerful intervention, in our eyes, and relatively easy to get right, provided a pool of skilled coaches and an adequate oversight process are put in place. We offer leader coaching as a stand-alone intervention for organisations, and also as part of other people development initiatives, such as leadership development interventions.
