Abhijit Bhattacharjee

Abhijit was responsible for Talent Management for ITW India Limited. He has also had depth of experience with processes pertaining to HR functions like Compensation and Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Performance Management.

He was a part of the organizational team responsible for diagnosis, selection / design, and implementation of HR interventions, in the areas of Employee Engagement, Crafting the Organizational Learning Agenda, Business Start-up and Growth Support, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Assessment and Development Centers, etc.

He has also handled specific assignments of facilitating workshops for senior, middle and junior management employees, in various areas like Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Sales and Service Excellence, Behavioral Skills, Competency Assessments and Organizational Effectiveness.

Currently he adds value to the Greentree Learning team by helping crystallize client needs and shaping client solutions, he continues to develop and facilitate workshops catering to senior and middle management levels in client organizations.

Amitava Mukherji

Amitava headed the Talent Management function for the Tata Group, one of India’s largest business conglomerates. Apart from being well versed with typical HR and IR processes, he developed a deep understanding of theories and models related with competence / competency definition and development.

He was part of the team responsible for developing and deploying competency models and competency assessment programs across the Group. He also collaborated with international HR thought leaders and the leadership teams to develop HR strategies for the Group companies.

He has designed and run executive education programs on a range of subjects, for a range of audiences, including senior bureaucrats.

He has also worked with start-ups and business families desirous of advancing a professional culture in their businesses.

He is also a certified Personal Counsellor having trained under the legendary Fr. J M Fuster. He is a leadership coach for Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) programs for senior executives across the Asia Pacific region.

Currently he adds value to the Greentree Learning team by designing programs and facilitating interventions in client organisations, bringing conceptual rigour to designs.

Benhur Bage

Benhur headed the HR function for a unit of Crompton Greaves. Apart from being well versed with typical HR and IR processes, he has worked extensively on consensus building exercises, for facilitating Business Process Re-engineering and Business Turnaround exercises, and for Culture Change initiatives.

He has worked in areas of Performance and Productivity Improvement, Employee Training and Competency Building, and Design and Restructuring of Manpower Plans and Employee Compensation as part of large-scale change implementation programs.

He has also handled specific Industrial Relations assignments of Rationalizing Wage Structures, Benefits and Facilities for unionized employees as part of the process of signing Productivity and Wage Settlements.

Currently he adds value to the Greentree Learning team by carrying out organizational diagnosis studies and developing relevant content for interventions and programs in client organizations.
