Greentree Learning has been set up by professionals with quality experience in leading and reputed Indian and multinational organizations. Each of us has had an average of two decades of experience in the space of business partnering and people practices. Brief profiles:

Amitava Mukherji

An alumnus of XISS, Ranchi, he has been involved with the people side of business for most of his career, spanning nearly twenty years. People development responsibilities have occupied a significant part of these years. Prior to starting Greentree Learning, he was Head - Talent Management for the Tata Group of companies. Prior to that, he was Senior Consultant at the Tata Management Training Centre, Pune. He has had extensive experience in competency modelling, and related practices such as interviewer training, and design and implementation of performance management, learning and development, and talent management systems. He has designed and facilitated numerous well received training programs and workshops on a wide range of subjects, catering to senior, middle and junior management cadres of organizations, including conducting workshops for senior civil servants. Besides holding an MBA in HR, he is a certified Personal Counsellor. He has been associated with the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) programs since 2005, as a leadership coach, across the Asia-Pacific region. He is a certified user of psychometric tools for training and counselling applications.

Abhijit Bhattacharjee

An HR MBA of SIBM, Pune, he has over 20 years of experience in the area of people practices and people development. Prior to joining Greentree Learning, he was Head - Talent Management for ITW Signode India Limited, a part of the ITW group, one of the Fortune 200 companies. He has facilitated numerous workshops for senior, middle and junior management employees while with ITW Signode and earlier with the NIIT group, in various areas like leadership development, employee engagement, sales and service excellence, behavioural skills, competency assessments and organizational effectiveness. His specific interest areas includes the dimension of personal effectiveness improvement. He is a certified Assessor, a certified Coach and a certified user of psychometric tools for training and counselling applications.

Benhur Bage

A PMIR alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, he brings in his experience in the area of developing skills of large work forces. Prior to starting with his consulting career, he had worked with reputed organizations in the manufacturing and industrial sector. He is a certified user of psychometric tools for training and counselling applications.
